As president of Action Pest Control, Kevin Pass possessed all the traits of a classic entrepreneur — tenacity, risk-taking, innovation, etc. — but perhaps the greatest reason for Pass and his company’s success, was his ability to inspire others to follow his high-energy, enthusiastic lead.

Kemp Anderson represented Edge Pest Control in a recent transaction between Orkin and Provo, Utah based Edge Pest Control’s Austin, TX office. said the Edge leadership team “realized an alignment of values” with Orkin.
Orkin announced the acquisition of Florida-based Tri-County Pest Control South from Maria and Charles Baker, who started Tri-County immediately after they sold their Detroit business to Orkin, in 2004.
Jose Capo started Big Deal Exterminating in 1989, a year after his mother, Migdalia Rosario, sold her company, Ramalos Pest Control. Rosario was the first woman licensed to perform pest control in Puerto Rico in the early 1970s.
