Orkin has bought JERMAC Inc. of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida
Financial terms were not disclosed.
In the next six months, JERMAC’s customers will be serviced out of the North Broward Orkin branch in Pompano Beach, Fla. Ten JERMAC employees will join the Orkin.
Orkin is a unit of Atlanta-based Rollins Inc. (NYSE: ROL), which also owns and operates HomeTeam Pest Defense, Western Pest Services, PCO Services, The Industrial Fumigant Co., Waltham Services and Crane Pest Control.
