Kellogg Pest Control is headquartered in Fresno, CA and was started in 2014 by Riley Kellogg and Charles Ouassil. The goal of their company was to build a business delivering great service to the customers and opportunity for their employees.
Kemp Anderson Consulting represented Kellogg Pest Control on the transaction. The transaction closed on January 1, 2025, and the terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
