Advanced Termite and Pest Control is headquartered in Crossville, TN . The company was established in April 2000 by David Passon as a one-man operation in Cookeville. It expanded significantly in 2011 when his wife, Christina Passon, joined the team, bringing her expertise in pest, termite, and ornamental turf management, which has been pivotal to the company’s growth and operational excellence.
For over 20 years, Advanced Termite and Pest Control has been a cornerstone in the Upper Cumberlands and surrounding areas, recognized for its integrity and professionalism.
Kemp Anderson Consulting represented Advanced Termite and Pest Control on the transaction. The transaction closed on September 17, 2024, and the terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
