Orkin has bought Shilling’s Pest Control

Orkin has bought Shilling’s Pest Control of Dallas, Texas.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Shilling’s Pest Control owner Rich Shilling, will stay with Orkin as a service manager and the company will merge into the Prime Pest Management branch in Dallas.

Orkin is a unit of Atlanta-based Rollins Inc. (NYSE: ROL), which also owns and operates HomeTeam Pest Defense, Western Pest Services, PCO Services, The Industrial Fumigant Co., Waltham Services and Crane Pest Control.
