Southland Pest Service is headquartered in Fort Walton Florida and was started in 2000 by Jeff and Mary Rushing. The goal of their company was to provide quality, courteous, and professional service at a reasonable price.
Mary Rushing of Southland Pest Service said “We quickly realized there was much more to selling the business than we had expected. Kemp Anderson Consulting represented Southland Pest Service on the transaction. The transaction closed on May 8, 2024, and the terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
